My Story
What if the problem wasn't how hard I was working?

For years, I believed what so many ambitious professionals believe.
Success comes at a price.
- Work harder.
- Sleep less.
- Always be available.
- Take care of everyone else first.

For a while, it worked.
I built the career I had dreamed of. I graduated from MIT Sloan, led businesses across Latin America, and achieved goals I once thought impossible.
But behind the titles and achievements, I was exhausted.
There were periods when I barely saw daylight. I spent months leaving for work before sunrise and returning long after sunset. My circadian rhythm became so disrupted that I needed medication just to recover it. I worked harder than ever, yet still felt burned out or frustrated that I couldn't break through to the next level.
Then I asked myself one question:
What if the problem wasn't how hard I was working, but the way I was operating?
That question changed everything.

I stopped chasing better habits.
I started becoming a different person.
As my identity changed, so did my decisions, my leadership, my health, my relationships — and ultimately, my results.
Today
I lead a growing business.

Today, the people I love get the best version of me — not what's left after work.

I protect my health. I train.

I meditate. And I genuinely enjoy the life I've built.
