What I do with your details.

This website is run by Alejandra Santamaría. If you have a question about your details, write to [email protected] — it reaches me, personally.

Only what you type into the brochure form:

There is no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking of any kind on this site. I don't know who you are until you tell me.

This site stores a single cookie, named NEXT_LOCALE. It remembers whether you were reading in English or Spanish, so the site opens in the same language next time. It holds nothing else and is not used to identify you.

Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages keep records of the requests they receive, including the IP address you connect from. They exist to keep the site running and to stop the form being abused — not to build a picture of you.

To send you the brochure you asked for, and to answer you. Nothing else.

The basis is your consent: you chose to fill in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to me, and I'll delete everything.

Your details are stored on a server I rent from OVH, in Canada. This site is delivered through Cloudflare, and the notification of your request arrives in my Gmail inbox, so Google handles that email.

That means your details are held outside the country you are writing from, as is the case with most of the internet. They travel over an encrypted connection and sit on a server with restricted access.

I do not sell your details, and I do not share them with anyone for marketing. Ever.

Twenty-four months after our last exchange, then I delete them.

Deciding to work on yourself takes time. Someone who asks for the brochure today may write back a year later — two years is long enough to be useful, and short enough to be fair.

If we end up working together, I keep what the law requires me to keep, for as long as it requires it.

You can ask me at any time to tell you what I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to [email protected] and I'll do it myself — there is no department in between.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
